Do you have a menu?

We don't offer a traditional cafe menu.

We base our availabilities off the classic European style of pastries, cakes, sweets and coffees. However, if you are after something savoury, we have a selection of savoury croissants and panini you are able to choose from in our display cabinets. Ask our staff in store for their pick!

Do you offer delivery?

No, at this stage we only offer pick-up for any orders between 6am-3pm, 7 days a week.

What are your opening hours?

Our doors are open 6am - 3pm, 7 days a week.

Do you do take custom cake orders?

Yes we do.

We need a minimum of 14 days notice for any custom cake orders, including wedding and special events. Please email us at ciao@cafesisily.com.au to enquire about your special occasion.

Do you take reservations?

Yes we do!

Head to our Reservations tab in the main menu or click the link below, where you will be taken to our OpenTable profile to make your booking.

Reservations are for groups of 2 or more. Alternatively, please email ciao@cafesisily.com.au or call 0423 800 482 for large groups of 10 or more guests.

What is the minimum turnaround time for orders?

All orders require a minimum of 3 days (72 hours) to be ready for collection.

What coffee do you serve?

We have used Segafredo Coffee from the very beginning. It's a rich, Italian blend of coffee beans that we love and we know you will too.
